    ʯÁñÊÓÆµ State is partnering with Vanderbilt University to offer a six-week training program that prepares people for biotechnical careers. Classes will be offered in the evenings at Oakland High School in Murfreesboro and gives adults a paid, short-term opportunity to train for a successful career in the sciences.

    ʯÁñÊÓÆµ State's new Distilled Spirits Program is now available to students registering for their fall 2025 courses. Core classes in the Distilled Spirits Program will take place on the grounds of the Nearest Green Distillery. Students will begin their degree by taking Introduction to Distillery Operations, Spirits Production I, and Food and Beverage Regulations this fall.

    ʯÁñÊÓÆµ State is pleased to announce that Daniel Price is the new head coach of the women's basketball team and Justin Newton is the new head of the men's basketball team. Both coaches come to ʯÁñÊÓÆµ with impressive records and are excited to join the ʯÁñÊÓÆµ community.

    Forty ʯÁñÊÓÆµ State Nursing students earned their nursing pins and will receive their diplomas along with the class of 2025. Nursing faculty presented the students with pins bearing ʯÁñÊÓÆµ's insignia at the 51st Annual Pinning Ceremony.

    • May 7th, 2025

    On May 2, ʯÁñÊÓÆµ State named the original McMinnville building on Cadillac Lane the Jerry W. Cooper Center in a ceremony honoring his family and legacy. Cooper was a state senator whose advocacy and devout belief in the power of education aided the College in making substantial progress and improving student opportunities.
